    Job descriptionWe have urgent requirement for Makeup artist & Beauty advisor for our retail Client.Essential Duties & Responsibilities : Makeup Artist1. Handling queries of customers related to products.2. Promoting the product in face to face interaction with customers.3. Checking on the Grooming standards.4. Checking on Visual Merchandising.5. Creating new looks as per customers choice.6 .Providing exclusive service and recommending products as per customer concern.7. Building new customers to promote growth of the company.8. Shrinkage/Damage & Expiry control9. Responsible for StockKey Accountabilities:1. Customer services2. Maximize Selling3. Standard of presentation4. Team work5. Shrinkage/Damage & Expiry control6. Responsible for Stock7. Occasional DutyEssential Duties & Responsibilities :Beauty Advisor1.To maximize sales by providing high standard of service to the customer with the help of good product knowledge and good selling skills.2.Ensure high standard of store presentation are maintained at all times.3.Watch out for theft, fraudulent methods of payment and deceitful purchases4.Responsible for makeup Sale5.Shrinkage/Damage & Expiry control6.Responsible for Stock7. Should wear looks of the month as advised by trainers.8. Do as many makeovers of customers as possibleKey Accountabilities:1. Assisting the customer.2. Suggesting products and makeup styles as customers needs.3. Inviting the customer for services and maintaining a regular follow up for good customerrelations.4. Coordinated with customers and if required provided make-up demonstrations5. Maintained an effective brand image and ensured neat and clean store.6. Responsible for stock management.7. Shrinkage/Damage & Expiry Control
