Job Description

    Corporate Human Resources ManagerOur clients are leading MNC & Industrial Conglomerates .Corporate Human Resources Manager :- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Managing the recruitment and selection process.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and Lead core values drivers of HR such as Retention, Employee engagement & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Succession, and Strategic Organizational Development.- Partner closely with Management to run Organizational Transformation linked to the company Strategic plan by driving good change management practices and taking initiative.- Implementing and refining HR systems by reviewing processes associated with compensation & benefits, talent development, leadership excellence, business partnering, organizational culture, and compliance.- Support and assist the management team by being the first point of contact for all general HR queries Implement and develop HR processes by applying timely and accurate advice to the business in accordance with relevant industry legislations.- Reviewing compliance with relevant legislation; updating and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, manuals and forms; and ensuring active HSE practice is occurring across the organization.Qualification And Experience :1. MBA in HR with 8-12 years in a Manufacturing Industry & looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate HR Manager & interested in not only leading but being part of the change and growth of the organization.2. Proven ability in a similar role and ability to work independently as well as in a team.3. Resilient, Confident, and comfortable with change4.
