Driving Loyalty enrolment &&retention by creating focused efforts to build communication strategies for Loyalty customers andenhancing the loyalty program.Designing and developing Marketing campaigns that are data-driven and segment-focused withaccountability for the effectiveness of the campaigns - focused on retaining customers && increasingcustomer purchase frequency.Manage program performance and customer behaviour through customer segmentation, program andcampaign level impact (return on investment and profitability),Owning the Omni-channel strategy, tactics and delivery of communication plan - Email, SMS and DigitalcommunicationManage the CRM Omni-channel marketing set-up and execution with different partnersCollaborating && coordinating with various cross-functional, internal and external stake holders to delivermeaningful results on time.Drive execution of strategy across communication channel sms, email, and digital media, includingpromotional, automated, and segmented/customized campaigns using the Marketing Cloud platform.Define best practices and set measurable objectiveCollateralsDesign Communication SMS/e-mail testing structure to ensure ability to read and properly measure a/btestsWork on designing, creating and executing collateral related to LoyaltyWork with internal marketing teams and external vendorsCreativesWork on content, ideas and brief with the digital agencies for creatives related to loyaltyCoordinate to ensure timely delivery and execution of the creatives madeProject ManagementLiaise with IT and technology partners/agencies to ensure successful execution of projects, delivery ofRegards,HR Team
