Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forManager- Custom Clearance-Sea ExportReq. Experience & Key Skills-
    • 5-7 years of experience in sea Export custom clearance coordination.
    • Services/transport services and convert them into business.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Export Freight Forwarding and Custom Clearance Operation.
    • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel & Internet.
    • Having Knowledge and awareness of Notification /Circulars /Single Window system and also having knowledge about various departments which are related with Customs like ADC /PQ/COC/GSP.
    • Having knowledge of Customs Tariff /DBK/Advance License /GST.
    Job Descriptions-
    • Possess a clear understanding of the Export Process
    • Filing of all types of documents in EDI system ( Export)
    • Coordinating with customer for shipment.
    • Coordinating with Shipping line / client / vendors for shipment
    • Preparation of Various MIS reports and update to client on Daily basis.
    • Coordination and solve query of Overseas office and customer
    • All type of Documentation related to Export
    • Overall Monitoring Custom clearance & Freight Forwarding
    • Coordinating with Operation and Field staff for issuance of BL/COC and other certification
    • Coordinating with our vendors for custom clearance timely and effective transportation facility to client.
    • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for commercial business to Customer Satisfaction.
    • Interacting with the clients /handling Haz /Non Haz / Food / & Nomination Shipment /Tracking cargo
    • Practical knowledge about all CFS & Customs works /operation.
    • Excellent Negotiating Skill with Carrier/ Client and all our vendors
    • Cooperation with our Junior staff and guide to them time to time for smoothly handling of all shipments
