Job Description

- Lead client engagements independently, with very limited senior supervision- Guide and develop junior team members in preparing analysis plans (for example, hypothesis / issue trees), conducting research and preparing findings- Manage, motivate and train junior team members- Conduct quality control of client deliverables- Manage engagement and firm risk compliance processes- Meet and develop relationships with clients in the allocated industry vertical, and deliver on limited sales targets- Lead client discussions- Lead proposal developmentDesired Candidate Profile: Desired Experience:- 5-8 years of management consulting experience with a research / consulting firm- Specific consulting / industry experience in a particular sector will be an advantage- Experience in Deals will be a definite advantageDesired Educational Background - MBA from a Tier 1 instituteLocation: Delhi/ MumbaiCandidate requirements:- Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities- Impeccable oral and written communication skills- Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure- Keen interest in sales and business development- Team leadership skills,
