Job Description

    Position: Manager-Industrial Sales & Marketing (Govt. Segment) (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)Role:- Ensure growth of the Insulation Solutions of the Company in the Government Segment - specifically projects like Industrial sectors like BHEL, NTPC, Airports, Railway stations, Govt buildings like govt. hospitals, educational institutes etc- The role needs to analyse the market potential and develop specifications and applications&leverage opportunities in the govt segment - Primary responsibility is to work with key govt. authorities and their empanelled architects and consultants, influencers or specifiers,and contracting companies (AAI, RDSO, DMRC/other Metro/Rapid Metro rail authorities, EIL, CPWD, PWD, MES, NTPC, etc.),on favourable specification and approvals for the Companys insulation solutions in the application domain of Building insulation (Infrastructural, and Institutional building), HVAC, and Industry. - To work closely with BIS, BEE, CII-IGBC, GRIHA, ISHRAE and several other Central and Sate Govt. bodies to include favourable insulation systems in their building codes, standards, and policy/scheme- Responsible for market mapping, product management, positioning, segmentation & developing market penetration strategies for the segment- To work with sales team, System-providers like drywall companies, roofing, civil, insulation contractors and HVAC contractors, to develop techno-commercially viable and value-added insulation solution for this sector- Lead generation, management and successful conversion through solution-oriented approach and customer proximityRequirements: - Engineer (Required) with a MBA (Preferred) in Sales and Marketing- 6 yrs of experience with extensive experience in Key Account Management in Govt. sector- Strong relationship with key govt agencies EIL (Engineers India), AAI, CPWD, Railways- Work experience with Industrial bodies like BEE, BIS etc. - Good communication skillsLocation: Delhi NCRThis position is for a Client of Vertex Corporate Services which is a Leading MNC Manufacturing Company
