Job Description

    Manager (Onboarding & Offboarding)- Responsible for induction, employee engagement, performance appraisal, payroll & Exit Operational work- Promotes and maintains a culture of employee trust and engagement- Complete Onboarding & Off boarding - Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. - Create and conduct employee surveys.- Responsible for creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards and laws initiated by authorities- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.- Conduct periodic compensation and benefit reviews- Work with departmental managers to review training and assess development needs for employees.- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software- Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed- Address new hires queries regarding their contracts and payrollQualification And Experience:i. 5-7 Years of Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist ii. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)iii. Basic knowledge of labor legislationiv. Solid communication skills (verbal and written)v. Team spiritvi. An ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationvii. Should be positive and persistent in nature.viii.
