Job Description

NLB Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic-thinking person to join us as a Manager Process Improvement, to support the site Organizational Excellence. Focuses on developing and implementing a strong foundation of processes, systems, measurements, and controls that can help deliver high performance consistently. He/She would be responsible for delivering the articulated client value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for their business.Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive Delivery Standardization across programs, functions and processes; ensure consistency and unified approach application by using improvement methodologies.
  • Oversee and manage performance and service quality to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain highly professional communication with team members by understanding needs, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Lead standardization activities across the programs and supports global standardization initiatives and projects.
  • Support programs and teams to meet targets, exceed expectations and add value.
  • Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks.
  • Actively contributes to change implementation initiatives on the floor.
Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Master s in Business Administration preferred, but not mandatory
  • Must have 7-9 years of relevant work experience
  • Green belt certified or Black belt certified or trained from a reputed certifying body/organization (e.g. ASQ or equivalent) with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology, would be an advantage
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, Analytics and Presentation skills is highly important.
  • Experience in any BPO vertical is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
  • Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues
  • Ability to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
