JOB DESCRIPTION:Department:Sales & MarketingNumber of Positions:2 for Managers and 6 for Sr. EngineersPERSONAL/EDUCATION:Age Bracket:26-30 yrs for Managers and 22-28 yrs for Sr. EngineersEducational / Qualification:Essential: BE / B Tech ( Mechanical/Civil)Additional ( Not mandatory ) : MBA ( Mktg )CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  1. Good knowledge and skills of Construction industry products for technical sales / marketing
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Enthusiastic, positive thinker and with willing to learn and apply attitude.
  4. Keen to handle given jobs sincerely and accept accountability in case of success / failure.
  5. Companies dealing in- Building facades, Scaffoldings, door/ windows and their fittings, landscaping,bathroom/ kitchen fittings, security systems, couplers, fire fighting systems and lifts & elevators.
WORK EXPERIENCE:Total: 2 - 7 yearsRelevant:2yearsMAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Marketing: Meetings / Presentations / Interactions with Structural Consultants, Clients, ProjectManagement Consultants etc. to promote products and services across Govt. Sector / Public Sector /Private Sector Clients.
  2. Business Development: Manage and Develop relationship with clients for existing / new projects.
  3. Sales: Deliver Value and Volume based targets / handling negotiations / sales closures.
  4. Co-ordination: Interface with customers on ongoing projects under execution / issues handling /resolution / billing and collection co-ordination etc.
