Job Description

- Experienced investment and business development professional with proven adaptability to working across different cultures and business environments.- Sound experience in fund raising, deal structuring, investment management, research and due diligence, financial modeling, PPP projects and stakeholder (including govt. officials) management. - Strong Project Management skills with sound contractual and legal understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects. - Quantitative and strategic thinker possessing strong technical qualifications along with excellent leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills. - Providing high-level executive assistance and administrative support to Corporate Chairman on Businesses, Economies, Government structure & Political situation etc.- Identifying and analysing new investment opportunities, on PPP basis, in infrastructure sector with hands on experience in managing Family Office (Prior exp with Indian Business House will be an added advantage)- Prepare project documents including PIMs, scenario models, and project finance documents.- Coordinate with various financial institutions like lenders, lawyers and finances to achieve financial close. Maintained ongoing relationships with project lenders/investors.- Should be upbeat with latest news across globe in Infrastructure sector.- Fixing appointments in India and abroad, with Governments, Embassies, and Business Leaders through corporate relations. Making logistical arrangements for attending conferences in India and abroad including travel arrangements, gifts etc.- Overall a leader in strategy and investments for infrastructure sector.,
