Job Description

    Marketing & HR Manpower Organizer ProfileSPJ Group is established in 1962 and we are looking forward for passionate candidates who will work with us for our new projects, and new products for FMCG segment. We are hiring for Marketing & HR Manpower organizer. Candidate should be able to handle and organise, marketing & sales Team, Recruitment Portion as well and there day to day working.FRESHERS DO NOT APPLYJob Description
    • Manage Marketing Manpower.
    • Experienced to work for new product launches and sales.
    • Recruit persons as per companys requirement, conduct training sessions and take briefing on day-to-day basic.
    • Experienced in making salaries and other matters related to marketing & sales team engagements.
    • Experienced to develop Distribution network and obtaining results from the marketing team and distribution team.
    • Create the successful Marketing opportunities and work on its implementation.
    • Monitor and analyse Sales & Marketing activities to achieve Targeted Goals.
    • Should keep the team motivated.
    • Educating Retailers, Distributors on the product
    • Hiring and managing Sales team
    • Ensure smooth operations of Marketing office and responsible for the activities taken there.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and processes.
    • Should drive the operations team and handle day to day operational activities, along with that should create reports as instructed by the management.
    • Should work along with the Marketing & Sales Team and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Set up event stall, canopy, placements of the standee, etc.
    • Responsibilities of handling marketing materials and visibility of products
    • Coordinating with the team and work for distribution network also
    • Should have good knowledge of Vendor Management.
    • Scheduling and screening the candidate.
    • Making salary
    • Vendor and operation part manage by HR.
    • Should have good knowledge to operate recruitment Portal.
    Requirement
    • Graduation: Any specialization Post-Graduation Must have-PGDM/ MBA in Marketing & HR or Sales Management.
    • Working Experience - must have 5-8 years of experience of HR activities and handling the sales Team in a FMCG company, preferably in Detergent, & Soaps
    • Should be comfortable to travel in any city as per companys requirement.
    • Salary will be based on your working experience.
    • Smart & quick learner and excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
