Greet and attend to client walk-ins at the office premises, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for visitors.2. Represent the brand professionally and exhibit an enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with clients.3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent client servicing to address their queries and concerns.4. Receive and process membership applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.5. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth on boarding of new members into the organization.6. Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, memberships, and related data.7. Coordinate and arrange company events, awareness sessions in various reigns as come up with unique presentation depending on the regional mind sets and event coordination.8. Collaborate with teams across different regions to ensure effective communication and coordination.Skills Required:1. Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.2. Proficiency in the regional language (other than English) is essential.3. Enthusiasm for and knowledge of music will be considered an advantage.4. Prior experience in client relations or client Management roles is preferred.5. Experience in the media industry will be highly regarded.6. Ability to handle walk-ins and maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.8. Willingness to travel occasionally for company events and coordination purposes.9.
