Job Description

- Identify and evaluate the companys data processing activities. Provide advice and instructions on how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)- Should have a good understanding of GDPR, CCPA, PDPA and other data privacy laws.- Experience in implementing data privacy framework.- Experience in handling DSAR, RTE. - Experience in drafting policies and procedures- Should have independently implemented DPIAs and Risk assessments.- Conducted GDPR awareness session for the organization - Ability to review and understand data processing operations, roles of DC and DP within the organisation. - Ability to review third party contracts and analyse their data protection obligations. - Assisted clients in addressing compliance and privacy risks.- Understanding of ISO 27001 is desirable- Certifications IAPP - CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPMThis job opening was posted long time back.
