Job Description

    Position - Multimedia EducatorThe Candidates should have good knowledge in Sketching, Clay Modeling, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator & other design tools.Must have expertise in Photoshop.Region :DelhiRoles & Responsibilities: Be able to understand nature of client issues and resolve them in timely and efficient manner.Responsible for resolving client issues via Phone and Live Chat, Email. Self-motivated and be team player. Maintain policies and procedures when working with clients and provide appropriate information.Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, procedures and standards.Maintain accurate records of daily communications and issues resolved.General Skills:The successful applicant will possess:Demonstrated initiative and ability to be productive without supervision.Good communication skills.Good organizational skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.Ability to quickly grasp and understand new tasks and ideas.Total Year of Experience:0 to 2 years of relevant work experienceQualification: Undergraduates, Graduates in Multimedia (Freshers can also apply)
