Job Description

    Head of Sales Sales Head will be a Head of Department Sales for Northwest, managing the entire sales team and sales operations, and reporting to the Co-founder. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up multiple channels in sales including online sales, outbound operations, leading sales team and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales and optimizing operations. 1. Responsible for driving sales, and managing sales operations Develop the strategy and lead execution to deliver on quarterly targets 2. Work with founders and business development team3. Set up and manage sales channels and sales team.4. Recruit individual Sales managers and TLs.5. Drive sales targets for each program, meeting individual and collective business targets of Sales, Profitability and Brand awareness.6. Manage entire sales team7. Adopt a process-oriented mindset to make continuous improvements and drive scaleDesired Skills & Experience:- 10 years+ of experience as a leader and problem solver with demonstrated success experience in marketing and sales of B2C online programs - Excellent communication skills, written and presentation skills are required - - Result oriented, motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial traits - Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others- Graduation or Post Graduation from Tier I colleges like IIMs, IITs, MDI, XLRI etcAbout NorthwestNorthwest Education operates in executive education, continuous learning and corporate learning domain focusing on adult learners across the world.
