Job Description

    Position : Office ExecutiveExp. Required : 1-2 Yrs.Qualification : GraduateCTC : 1.80 LJob Description
    • Responsible for front desk.
    • Responsible for internal department coordination.
    • Collecting and compiling information from Depts and presenting in MIS.
    • Fixing and organizing meetings, conferences & other events.
    • Booking of hotel accommodation & rail / air tickets.
    • To ensure that guests and Visitors are taken care of and direct them to appropriate dept in charge.
    • To take care of inward and outward mail / Dak inducting Couriers.
    • Timely payment of Telephone bills/ Photocopier etc.
    • Responsible for the Xerox & Fax Machines.
    • Organizing/arranging day to day administration work.
    • Maintain records of outgoing & incoming mail from clients in MIS Reports.
    Skills Required:*Ms-Office (Ms-Word, Excel & Outlook Express). *Internet Explorer.*Good Communication Skills.
