The Operation Head will be responsible for managing the Ocean Import and Export operations, including supervising a team, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and improving processes to provide better customer service.Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of experience in Ocean Import and Export operations Prior experience in supervising a team and managing operations Understanding of government regulations and customs. compliance Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field Preferably having experience of working with a forwarder or 3PL Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays,
