Job Description

    Position Summary
    • Supervise and manage Mall operations including property management, tenant management,
    customer service, contract services such as facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance etc.
    • Ensure a comfortable environment & quality service to customers & retailers.
    Position Details
    • Identify key performance characteristics of each Retailer Category.
    • Create and manage Data- base for the identified parameters.
    • Knowledge of Retailing Presentation Issues like Lighting, Fixtures, Windows & Display.
    • Establish criteria for Vendor categorization and evaluation.
    • Maintain references to establish credibility of Vendors and understand their commercial capabilities.
    • Maintain records for key Vendors for continuous evaluation based on delivery, quality & costs and review their performance.
    • Analyse and evaluate ongoing business performance and manage the budgeting process.
    • Ensure Mall safety.
    • Understand the traffic movements in the Mall premises and manage the parking spaces for effective utilization.
    • Liaise with local authorities, ensure all permissions, work closely with Retailers, Outsourced Agencies.
    • Knowledge of crowd dynamics to handle the crowd effectively.
    • Participate in the Development of Customer or Channel Specific Marketing Strategies.
    • Identify and understand factors influencing customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

    • Fluency in English.

    • Interpersonal & analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Teamwork.
