Job Description

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) is responsible for engaging with government in policy formulation, renewal of existing projects along with creation of new business opportunities. The position will require management of all government related operations, planning, budgets, representation at meetings and events, and developing strategic relationships.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading high power network growth with a focus on Government projects across the country
  • Focus on renewals of current projects/tenders with Government
  • Be responsible for strategizing, planning, and coordinating with Government stake holders and Policy makers, while increasing sales, profits and market share on a long-term basis
  • Be actively involved in various conferences to increase visibility of the organisation
  • Monitor progress of accounts managed with a special focus on compliance
  • Internally coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of deliverables
  • Support international business development team in market study, evaluating policies and submission of bids
Job Specification
  • Graduate/ PG with experience in Healthcare/ Pharma/ Consulting or other relevant industry with a focus on Government business.
  • Experience required: 5 to 9 years
  • Excellent communication, negotiations and presentation skills
  • Ability to connect, network, influence key customers/ stakeholders and be an expert at concept selling
  • Travel 30%
