Job Description

    • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
    • Manage CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
    • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and data for meetings
    • Conduct research and compile information as required
    • Handle and prioritize CEOs correspondence and respond to emails
    • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and conferences
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
    • Draft and proofread correspondence and documents
    • Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, and other materials
    • Coordinate and/or participate in special projects as assigned
    • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and take proactive measures to ensure smooth operations
    • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure efficient communication and workflow
