    Platform Merchandising HeadAbout CityMall :- CityMall is a community commerce platform focused on 300 million new to internet users living in small cities, towns, and villages in India. CityMall is focused on Grocery, Fresh and Packaged FMCG, Electronics, Fashion categories. So far e-commerce has primarily benefited residents of the top 8 metropolitan cities in India. Key reasons for this are lack of trust, lack of familiarity with browsing and transacting online, low average order values (which makes economic viability a challenge for the platforms), lack of credit in online channels (which neighbourhood stores offer).- CityMall is a highly efficient channel to serve these consumers through Community Leaders . They are the Social & Geographical connectors between end consumers and CityMall. They help us in customer acquisition, localized sales & marketing to capture customers share of wallet, and the last mile logistics in their communities, thus making the community-led model more suitable for small towns, cities, and villages. Youll be able to contribute to the decision-making process from the very beginningRole : Merchandising HeadResponsibilities :- Own the long-term strategic roadmap for Merchandising effectiveness. Strategize and develop the right KPIs to track evolving Merchandising effectiveness.- Strategizing, Planning, Tracking and improving various KPIs like Asset CTRs, CVRs, Cart initiations, Items per Cart, Asset engagement, while working with category and product teams- Owning the app merchandising flow and calendar planning, taking into consideration platform and category goals, leveraging festivals, important days, sale events, new launches and seasonal relevant events for category, brand and product discovery.- Drive visibility and discovery campaigns for new launches as well as relevant categories/ subcategories / Ptypes- Understand and implement cohort level merchandising plans.- Collaboration and Stakeholder management with Category Teams, Product Teams and Marketing/Creative Teams.Qualification :Educational background : Graduation from Tier 1 InstituteWork Experience :- Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience in eCommerce/digital companies- Good data and well as design grasp,
