Job Description

    Principal Partner Marketing Manager - ISV
    • Collaborate with ISV partner teams to develop joint marketing strategies and programs to meet overall business goals including supporting and promoting new joint offerings and vertical solutions
    • Establish close working relationships with ISV partner teams to develop, manage, and deliver joint programs
    • Work closely with ISV partners and Red Hat global and regional partner teams to create marketing strategies, plans, and programs that motivate end customer demand generation and opportunities
    • Work closely with Red Hat global and regional partner teams to create and deliver marketing programs that grow awareness of Red Hat within ISV partners
    • Proactively collaborate with Red Hat regional and global teams to align on ISV ecosystem strategy, go-to-market (GTM) programs, and demand and pipeline development activities
    • Support market development funds (MDF) expense delivery and tracking
    • Maximize the industry awareness of our partner ecosystem
    • Collaborate with corporate marketing functions for PR, accounts receivable (AR), and customer references
    • Ecosystem showcases and features at key industry events like Red Hat Summit and partner events
    • Work with globally distributed teams; accommodate out-of-hours meetings
    What you will bring
    • 10+ years of experience working in business-to-business (B2B) software industry marketing with a focus on digital demand generation activities
    • Understanding of Red Hat s platforms, open source, and the joint value proposition, relative to partner solutions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with senior sales, marketing, and product executives in order to create and deliver timely and impactful marketing campaigns
    • Proven project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
    • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and get support for decisive and timely action
    • Proven ability to work cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%, following Red Hat s COVID-19 guidelines
    • Advanced business, marketing, or program management degree is a plus
    • 5+ years of named or account-based marketing experience in the B2B software industry is a plus
