Job Description

    Principal Product Manager - Technical
    • Be responsible for the delivery of one or more cloud services, as part of our overall cloud services strategy. Specifically, we are looking for experience/interest in the areas of application connectivity in the context of Kubernetes including api management, service mesh, cross-cluster load balancing, and networking
    • Cooperate regularly with customers and Red Hat sales and consulting associates to collect feedback and communicate product strategy and roadmap
    • Cooperate with stakeholders across business teams and corporate functions to identify, prioritize and deliver cloud services in alignment with Red Hat strategic goals
    • Take a role in all aspects of product development and delivery
    • Present Red Hat services and strategy at industry conferences, webinars, and symposiums
    What you will bring
    • Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field
    • 10+ years of product management or equivalent product development experience
    • Experience with agile environments, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience delivering online or managed services
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% for planning meetings, customer engagements, and conferences, following Red Hat s COVID-19 guidelines
    • Experience with delivering online services is a big plus
    • Experience with open source technologies and business models is a plus
