Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a driven, systematic, and energetic product manager who will work with Cos Product and Corporate Client Services (CCS) teams to evolve our corporate SaaS product. In this role, you will own Cos overall corporate value proposition and take responsibility for aligning on a go-to-market strategy alongside our CCS team. You will concretize the products value proposition and key features, and direct the work of our tech team to drive their implementation. The role demands excellent critical thinking and collaboration skills and includes a significant share of hands-on work. To excel in this role, you will need to listen, learn, imagine, design, socialize, and organize ideas and systems. You will also be an extremely proactive and efficient task manager, managing teams and stakeholders to achieve results. You must be skilled at writing/maintaining product documentation, and conducting market research. We are primarily looking for individuals with B2B SaaS product experience as well as those who have either worked in or can demonstrate a strong interest in the sustainability domain.Objectives of the Role
      • Conduct, document, and effectively communicate market research insights to various internal stakeholders
      • Define a go-to-market strategy for Cos corporate products, based on market research
      • Create and execute product management sprints in collaboration with a cross-functional team
      • Define user requirements and create wireframe mock-ups to direct technology builds
      • Document and maintain inputs, feedback, and updates to product definition and development roadmap
      • Perform/facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of developed products/features
      • Design and manage customer co-creation sessions for scoping, validation, and testing of products (product innovation)
      • Support the creation of product marketing, sales, and knowledge materials
      • Coordinate a team of cross-functional resources on an ongoing basis (tech team, research team, client services team) in product sprints
    Desired Candidate Profile
      • 5-10 years of experience working in Product or related roles
      • Experience working with B2B products/SaaS products (or both)
      • Skilled at using Jira and Confluencerequired
      • Skills at using wireframing and mock-up tools (e.g. Figma)required
      • Experience in market research and analysisrequired
      • Excellent command of Englishrequired
      • Project management experience
      • Experience working in environmental/social impact or a demonstrated interest in this space
      • Bachelors degree in any relevant subject
      • Exposure to product innovation and management frameworks
