Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesignation: Production Supervisor Day & Night ShiftReports to: Production ManagerIndustry: Medical Devices/ AutomobilePlace of Posting: Delhi NCR, Kundli, Sonipat 2 KM from Delhi Border (Singhu Border)Role & Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly and monthly machine planning.
  • Optimal utilization of machinery and team size of about 50 to100 people.
  • Ensure achievement of daily Machine wise production targets.
  • Overall responsibility for team s punctuality, attendance and leave planning.
  • Ensure Preventive & Productive maintenance of manufacturing machineries.
  • Prepare production reports in Excel with trend analysis and graphic representation of production accomplishments and Rejection Analysis.
  • Maintain 5S and Kaizen in the work area.
  • Work on SAP/ ERP.

  • BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6+ year of experience in handing 50 plus team size in Automobile/ Medical Devices Company.
  • Sound knowledge of handling CNC, VMC, Sliding Head, Mazak, Lathe, and similar automatic/ semi-automatic/ manual machines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiations, team work and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be good in MS-Office, Excel, presentations, ERP or SAP.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and to meet production deadlines.
  • Good team player and contribute to build productive work environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
