Job Description

    Responsibilities: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop complex, scalable, extensible, high-performance solutions for our innovative products, owning projects of diverse scope, within function and participating in cross functional projects when called upon.Decision Making: You will be demonstrating good judgment in recommending technical solutions within known scope and dynamic and imperfect requirements.Environment: Our engineering process is fully agile and has a really fast release cycle - which keeps our environment very energetic and fun.What you will do:Regular:
    • Design and development of complex, scalable, extensible, high-performance solutions for our innovative products.
    • Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline & basic knowledge of related disciplines.
    • Interact with the product and other engg teams for collaboration and clarifications.
    • Work through change uncertainty with support.
    • Demonstrates good judgment in recommending solutions within known information.
    • Focus on clarity of content and communicate to gain cooperation.
    • Practice and Demonstrate all company core values.
    Periodic:
    • Influence team members and immediate management on technical decisions in your area of responsibility.
    • Collaborate cross team.
    • Contribute proactively in code review, solution design and mentoring.
    Other:
    • Drive best engineering ethics, standards and practices.
    • Participate and contribute to engineering tech sessions.
    Requirements:Experience:
    • 1-3 yrs of hands-on experience of building complex, scalable systems using JavaScript stack of technologies.
    • Demonstrated having delivered multiple modules.
    • Deep understanding of web technology.
    Skills:Must Have
    • Strong hands-on experience in web development in any modern JavaScript framework.
    • Hands-on experience with production debugging, and troubleshooting any web issue.
    • Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
    • Good understanding of modern web architecture behind scalable web applications.
    • Have in-depth understanding of application performance.
    • Experience with web page optimization and industry best practices.
    • Strong working knowledge of object-oriented JavaScript and core concepts.
    • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.
    • Ability to deliver great results with help in agile development.
    Nice to have
    • Contribution to open-source libraries and frameworks.
    • Experience in automated testing.
    • Experience with node.js.
    • Working knowledge of web standards (i.e., REST) and OOPS.
    • Experience in Data Structures, Algorithms and their optimization
