Job Description

Program Marketing Specialist

  • Support the implementation of regional marketing initiatives aligned with achieving our Sales and Marketing goals
  • Plan and carry out marketing activities focused on demand generation, including integrated direct touch, digital marketing, and regional customer events
  • Assist in tracking campaign and event results, measuring program success and lead generation reporting metrics via Salesforce.com (SFDC), Eloqua, Tableau, and PathFactory
  • Manage the timely realization of email communications, build target segments, proof copy, and test links; ensure accurate coding for tracking purposes
  • Create and maintain North America (NA) Marketing program content on the Red Hat intranet platform
  • Conduct promotions beyond email marketing to enhance audience registration, including social media, third-party promotions, etc.
What you will bring
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Positive attitude and solid work ethic; good organizational, prioritization,and communication skills, as well as initiative and adaptability
  • Project management skills with attention to detail
  • Motivated problem-solver with the ability to manage projects on your own
  • Passion for collaboration and communication across diverse groups
  • Familiarity with marketing tactics, creative processes, and digital marketing
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once and be flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent understanding of the customer buying cycle, campaign metrics, and tracking
  • Familiarity with or eagerness to learn multiple marketing technology tools like SFDC, Tableau, PathFactory, Outfit, Discover.org, Bombora, etc.
  • B2B program marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise software field, is a plus
