Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning & Development as well as in Project Coordination skills. The candidate needs to drive training initiatives as well as identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. Youll take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.This resource will be reporting into a Senior Associate supporting stakeholders in coordinating and implementing the L&D for the Nordics Operations team.Essential skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills would be required to support a PM on the following tasks:
    • Basic Coordination of project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates
    • Support PM with the project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule
    • Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks
  • Adjust quickly to changes in stakeholder requirements and global governance

  • Knowledge in Project Management tools would be an added advantage
