Job Description

    Responsible for execution of the allocated projects as per the design specifications in liaison with the vendors and handoverthe projects to the business post satisfactory completion of the projects.Provide inputs with regard to the performance of the vendor againstthe agreed statement of work for and recommend appropriateactionsUndertake the technical evaluation of the property as per theguidelines and send to senior stakeholder for approvalsEvaluate the design documents received and liaison with thevendors in the execution of the projectMonitor the project on a day to day basis to ensure that the projectis executed as per the guidelines and design specificationsCertification of the project on the completion for quality,dimensions, etc. and approve for processing of paymentsPrepare the completion report post the approval from the seniorstakeholders incorporating all the documents as per thespecifications for handover to the business.Review the design documentation from the design team and briefthe vendors on the design requirementsProject manage the construction at various stages to ensure that theprototype meets the design specification requirementsFinalize on the prototype post the approval from the designers andhandover to the business as per the specifications
