Job Description

    Job Title: Quality Team Officer - Rural Development ProgrammeQualifications: Master s Degree PreferredWork Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
    • Working knowledge of Govt. portals like Kaushal Bharath and Kaushal Pragati.
    • Good observation to record errors in data.
    • Good and effective communication in Kannada, English
    • Excellent Computer skills especially MS Excel and MS word.
    • Knowledge of Quality & Assurance in training infrastructure, course content, training delivery, and trainers.
    • Documentation skills and Liaison with Govt officials
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Prior experience in DDUGKY/PMKVY project & willing to undergo e-SOP certification in Operations on joining the center
    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure project quality delivery (Training Centre Infrastructure, TLM, Trainer, Training Delivery, Assessment & Certification, Placement & Tracking)
    • Conducting monthly inspection and audit of Training Centers. Must validate and prepare a report on deviations.
    • Performing project quality control/assurance activities on a sampling basis as per the provision of SOP.
    • Ensuring the management of project documentation according to the defined standards.
    • Preparing & reporting project performance for other stakeholders like State Government, CTSA &MoRD on the health of the project.
    • Represent PIA in various performance review meetings conducted by State Government, CTSA & MoRD.
    • Ensure complete process adherence with the utmost integrity as an ambassador of Governments
    • Ensure that Training procedures are established and implemented.
    • Any other tasks assigned by higher management
    Audit Record:
    • Verify and keep track of placement documents to upload to the KSRLM team.
    • Verifying candidates documents when visiting the center.
    • Verify PPS sheets prepared by MIS and send them to the Head Office.
    • Verify and Inspect candidate database and provide final approval to MIS report for Uploading in Portal.
    • Verify the details for the batches as per prescribed norms.
    • Verify the documents of candidates and maintained them as per the SOP Guidelines.
    • Audit and Verify ACLP and class attendance.
    • Inspect and submit the monthly asset audit report to the HO team.
    • Prepare center level inspection report to submit to KSRLM and head office.
