Major Clients include Government Websites with 5 million Monthly Active Users & www.taxmann.com , which is a major product in itself with 1 million Monthly Active Users.Job Summary:As a Quality Check Engineer (Manual) at Taxmann Technologies, you will play a. crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with the development team to identify issues, perform manual testing, and provide valuable feedback to improve our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.Key Responsibilities: Manual Testing: Perform comprehensive manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues. Test Planning: Collaborate with the development team to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Execution: Execute test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and security, ensuring all requirements are met. Defect Identification: Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work with the development team to facilitate their resolution. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on quality objectives. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance the quality assurance process.Job Title:Quality Check Engineer (Manual)Qualifications: Proven experience in manual software testing and quality assurance. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
