Job Description

    We are hiring for R&DSpecialist/ Assistant Manager.Location- Delhi.Education-Post Graduate/ B. Tech / B.EExperience- 5- 8 years of experience in paint industry especially with PU paints and waterborne paints.Preferred
    • Wood Coating R&D background.
    Job Purpose-Specialist is the key resource for heading the research and development of the company. He is responsible for product development , maintenance of the existing product and technology transfer to production . He is also responsible for process development and improvements in R&D and documentation. He is single point contact between production and R&D.Job Responsibilities-
    1. Heading the timely product development for Wood Coatings ( PU, Waterborne and NC)
    1. Heading Cost optimization and product improvement projects
    1. Trials at customer end and customer interactions.
    1. Single point resource for Transfer of technology to production
    1. Establishment of lab recipes to production
    1. Consistent monitoring of the recipes for revalidations
    1. Single point resource for SAP entry of recipes.
    1. Responsible for R&D Documentation- PDS and MSDS for finished products and Raw materials, equipment maintenance and calibrations.
    1. Process owner for R&D SSHE process.
    1. Lead , Develop and Manage the development team of R&D officers and executives.
