    Should be Graduate from any SteamShould be resident of DelhiShould have Minimum 03 years of ExperienceShould be familiar with Recruitment Market of Delhi (If from same Industry)Should be able to communicate convincingly in both English & HindiSource candidates through portal and agentsLining up & Screening the candidatesArranging candidates interview with Client F2F or OnlineProcess the selected candidates for Visa & DeploymentMeeting the deadlines of projectsCompleting the task received from the Department ManagerUpdating every day process report to Department ManagerUpdating weekly process report to Operation ManagerCoordinating with other team member in Delhi & MumbaiWill have to travel for interviews whenever necessary
