Job Description

    Position Overview: As a Recruitment Manager at PMS Consulting, specializing in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) clients as well as other domains in NON-IT sector, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and talent acquisition for our clients in the financial industry. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and attracting top talent with expertise in the BFSI and NBFC sectors. You will collaborate closely with our clients, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure successful talent acquisition that meets the specific needs and regulatory requirements of the industry.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to the specific requirements of BFSI and NBFC clients.
    • Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their staffing needs, roles, and regulatory compliance.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI and NBFC sectors.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to align recruitment strategies with client objectives and organizational goals.
    1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates with expertise in the BFSI and NBFC domains through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals.
    • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments, and facilitate the selection process in collaboration with hiring managers and clients.
    • Provide guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, compensation, and negotiation strategies.
    1. Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with BFSI and NBFC clients, acting as their trusted recruitment advisor.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, staffing needs, and workforce planning.
    • Act as a liaison between clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
    1. Compliance and Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and licensing procedures in the BFSI and NBFC sectors.
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintain compliance records for client organizations.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure background checks, reference verifications, and other pre-employment assessments are conducted in accordance with industry standards.
