    Job Title - Referral Sales ExecutiveLocation - South DelhiExperience - 5 to 8Budget- As per Market StandardPosition Overview:At a renowned hospital in Delhi, an exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and motivated Referral Sales Representative to join the team. This pivotal role involves nurturing relationships with referring physicians, medical practices, and other healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals to the esteemed institution. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the hospitals growth and impact in the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase patient referrals from referring physicians, medical practices, and healthcare professionals. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing referral sources through regular communication, visits, and follow-ups. Identify and engage with new potential referral sources to expand our network and increase. referral volume. Educate referring physicians and healthcare professionals about our hospitals services, specialties, and capabilities to drive referrals. Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, physician relations, and business development, to support referral initiatives and maximize opportunities for growth. Analyze referral data and market trends to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement in referral strategies. Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with potential referral sources and promote our services. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact referral relationships and strategies. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to internal stakeholders and external partners as needed.
