Job Description

    About the Role:As a Regional Head Sales, you are responsible for identifying key market opportunities basis local market nuances and customer segmentation and leverage on it to capture incremental market share on a comprehensive customer 360 degree basis. You are expected to focus on opportunities which lead to sustainable and profitable business for the Bank in the long term and increase in market share. You need to drive the team to identify and on-board only good counter-parties and customers. You are required to nurture your team by providing direction and specific pointers to be able to engage customers on their needs and solutions available with the Bank which will enable the team to deliver business as per expectations.Job Roles and Responsibility:
    • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
    • Maintain the productivity of the branch Relationship Managers (RMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs)
    • Meet the business targets
    • Identify sales opportunities
    • Capture customer wallet through 360-Degree banking
    • Drive digital customer onboarding through team
    • Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis
    • Generate leads for new business and customers
    • Maintain existing relationship
    • Prepare and analyze profit and loss statement for branch
    Deliverables:
    • Responsible to generate sales through team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Relationship Officers (ROs)
    • Build relationship with the new customers and ensure retail business through them
    • Conduct business transactions
    • Conduct sales training for the larger team
    • Help RMs & ROs to generate sales leads
    • Keep abreast with market trends, needs and new companies cropping up
    • Maintain existing customer relationship
    • Supervise key areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation, Cross Sell
