With its proprietary Distribution Management System, which is API-integrated with 18 Partners, it is the first and only company in its sector, to operate PAN-India.JOB OVERVIEW :This role entails optimizing regional operations, including strategic planning, leadership involvement, and cross-team collaboration with various departments to drive performance and growth to contribute to the companys success.Create An aura to become a single point of contact (SPOC) for. regional suppliers. An ownership of all issue management responsibilities.Nurture Existing relationships to boost business volumes. Coordination internally to ensure seamless regional business operations. Collaboration with operations, tech, and other centralized teams to brainstorm on process automation.Manage Own Profit and Loss responsibility for a designated territory. Established supply liquidity by cultivating a network of suppliers. Initiate market-making activities by introducing new suppliers to the industry. Demand liquidity by fostering relationships with a network of plastic manufacturers. Regional connectivity to streamline business operations.WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant advanced degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional or territory management role, demonstrating a successful track record. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Proficiency in using data analytics tools to analyze regional performance metrics and make informed decisions. Understanding of supply chain processes and experience in optimizing supply liquidity through effective network management.Note - This position requires the candidate to be currently based or residing in Delhi, with a willingness for extensive travel across North India,
