Current Accounts, Nodal Accounts, Escrow Accounts, FDs, Trust Accounts, TASC etc.SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESStrategic/ Managerial ResponsibilitiesN/ACore Responsibilities

  • Acquire new client relationships and grow & maintain high quality, profitable and broad based relationships with the senior management of the existing client base
  • Imbibe YBL polices, systems, processes and regulatory framework as applicable to the job.
  • Work under guidance from the reporting authority to analyse the banking needs of existing /target customers.
  • Be adept at financial analysis in context of the banking product being sold to the customer.
  • Understand the product offering from YBL and under superiors guidance cross sell the entire suite of banking products.
  • To maintain high quality standards of documentation, client communication, process compliance, ongoing basis with product partners /OSD /Risk Management and other Relationship management groups
  • Achieve Banks objective in terms of revenue, liability book increment, CMS and DB products cross sell, FDI etc. as per agreed budgets/targets.
  • Maintain accurate information regarding the liability portfolio, P&L, cross sell as part of the CRM/portfolio management
  • The primary focus will be on e-Commerce, Fintech, Gaming, IT & ITES space

  • The candidate should be able to independently handle client relationships and close deals with minimal guidance.
  • Candidates with knowledge of latest payment systems & developments in fintech space are preferred
  • Candidates should have experience of working in a target oriented environment with 4-8 years of experience
