Job Description

1. Serve our most affluent customers & drive growth by ensuring excellent engagement & customer service2. Act as the primary point of contact and be responsible for initiating, building & maintaining deep relationships with these customers to address all their banking needs, products and servicing requirements.3. Fully own the book, growth and customer service KPIs for mapped portfolio.4. Collaborate with product specialists and subject matter experts to provide tailored solutions that align with customers specific requirements.5. Work with internal teams to drive on-ground innovation and banks strategic initiatives6. Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring seamless onboarding onto Mobile/Net Banking platforms, facilitating BillPay services, promoting various investment products like SIP, Mutual Funds, Private Equity funds,REIT funds Structured products, Insurance, and Investment solutions, as well as facilitating Retail, SME Loans and other pertinent banking programs.7. Enforce strict adherence to the banks policies and regulatory compliance measures8. Provide assistance during audits, ensuring conformity to internal and external regulations and guidelines
