Job Description

    KeyResponsibilities As a Relationship Manager,you get an opportunity to engage with high-value customers of ICICI Bank andoffer the right banking solutions across the financial spectrum to meetcustomer needs. This requires you to be adept at understanding the profile andportfolio of the customer and a knack for developing a strong customerrelationship. You get to serve as a one-point contact for all banking needs ofthe customers and are thus, the face of ICICI Bank for the customer. You havethe opportunity to service customer needs across Business Banking, Wealth /Privilege Banking, Virtual Banking, Secured- Unsecured Assets and more! Therole requires you to collaborate seamlessly across teams at ICICI Bank to offersuperior service and TATs to our customers.Job Role and Responsibilities:
    • Maintain productivity
    • Perform compliance, service andoperations in branch
    • Generate revenue through wealth /privilege customers
    • Meet annual targets
    Deliverables:
    • Cross selling of new products andservices for both new and existing wealth / privilege customers
    • Achieve sales target for CASA andother products
    • Maintain good relationship withcustomers
    • Provide guidance and advice to thecustomers about the products and services offered

    • CASA, LI and other liabilityproducts
