Job Description

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of creating Power BI reports, doing report analysis, process mapping and guidingprocess owners.
  • Must have a background in operational excellence along with the flair to convince stakeholderswith a pragmatic yet structured approach.
  • Experienced in end-to-end process description and creating ERP flows.
  • Data ETL tooling experience is a strong plus, as is having been an SAP key user.
  • Good training skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A can-do attitude and go the extra mile when required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and juggling multiple projects.
  • Proactive by nature, a critical thinker, and able to set the right priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Capture reporting needs across the entire business by proposing standard business reporting anddefining BI requirements, striving to exclude mirror Excel reports.
  • Mainly focus on creating and maintaining PowerBI reports by data extraction from the DW (SAP,Jira, CRM, eBlox,.)
  • Build the operational reports for cross-application data and management data within the legacysystems and support the Data Warehouse from a functional point of view.
  • Identify, scope, validate and implement the requested report changes.
  • Keep an overview of the Business, Financial and Administrative processes, in order to have thethe best fit set up of reports.
  • Act as a bridge between the business units, taking in mind the end solution needed from afinancial and architectural perspective.
  • Become the companys technical and functional expert in the ERP and reporting and documentreporting behaviour and technical setup, including the governance process for maintenance of thereports.
  • Guide and train users within the different systems (SAP ByDesign and PowerBI).
