Please find the below Description.-Project Manager is expected to work independently on small and medium size projects.Project manager will have overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning,design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.Roles and Responsibilities Planning and Defining Scope Activity Planning and Sequencing Resource Planning Developing Schedules Time Estimating Cost Estimating Developing a Budget Documentation Creating Charts and Schedules Risk Analysis Monitoring and Reporting Progress Team Leadership Working with Vendors and contract management Controlling QualityQualification.Civil engineering graduate with 12 14 years of experience in the required industry andgood communications skills.ORCandidate with practical knowledge and good working experience in the relevant industryand good communications skillsSince the work demands understanding of specific aspects of building construction, piling,building finishes required in food& beverage, healthcare processes, candidate withrelevant background may be preferred.Preference Position requires experience in large project construction, Construction Co-ordination,Design Co-ordination, Client Relationship, process design, working knowledge of thebeverage and healthcare industry and good understanding of project management.
