Job Description

If you would like to be considered as we progress with this position, please click to apply.The opportunityProject: Mace is providing PMC Services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad.Your responsibilities will include: Working alongside the Mace planners in developing construction strategies and sequences. Acting as the main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives. Implementing the pre-construction studies through the design and construction phases of projects. Assisting in managing and delivery of the project. Checking the plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials. Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the. general workforce involved in the project. Communicating with clients and their representatives includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the projects progress. Overseeing the quality control and health and safety matters on site. Preparing reports as and when required. Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.About youYou will have a degree qualification in civil engineering and be a member of a professional body.You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams.
