Job Description

    Job Title:Operations ManagerDepartment:F&B ServiceEDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:MBA or Graduate with minimum 7 years of experience in handling restaurant/QSR/Take away/Cloud Kitchen /CateringReports To:Senior ManagementESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Spearheading complete operations of the outlet and company
    • Plan different strategies outlet wise to keep cost under the approved budget
    • Ensure to achieve sales target by using offline marketing activities.
    • Preparation of Sales MIS/ Daily Petty cash /Inventory Reports/Vendor reports should be done on daily basis.
    • Planning, driving and executing all the marketing activities suggested by the marketing team.
    • Communicate with marketing team/agency to create strong brand visibility and high footfall should be achieved
    • Vendor management - Searching/negotiating/finalizing and liasoning with all vendors across different categories
    • Analyzing outlet wise inventory and sales figure of every product.
    • Co-ordinating with kitchen team to control wastage and pilferage.
    • Preparation of Food cost should be done at the end of every month
    • Making and Implementing Policies/ SOPs & formats for better execution
    • Develop Training manuals /checklist/Format for the company.
    • Regular communication should be established with Pet Pooja/Zomato/Swiggy Point of contact
    • Outlet on boarding, menu updations, pricing should be checked across all online delivery platforms for continuous growth.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of food should be maintained at all times
    • Supervise all Outlet activities and ensure compliance to all company standards to increase all sales of labor costs and prepare various reports accurately and within timeframe.
    • Maintain optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling and maintain neat and clean kitchen area and ensure optimal quality of all food preparation and ensure compliance to all standards.
    • Manage all shifts for restaurant operations and schedule all process and maintain cleanliness at all times and assist to resolve all complaints and maintain food quality at all times and perform regular interviews with all employees.
    • Responsible for recruiting new staff /preparing daily roasters
    • Purchasing inventory supplies and negotiating best prices with trade suppliers.
    • Work closely and effectively with the Plenum Specialty Foods Pvt. Ltd. Hospitality Team, in order to ensure that all catering contracts are delivered to a high standard.
    • Create and prepare accurate catering proposals for potential customers, ensuring that the catering offer matches the profile of the event in terms of product selection and budget .
    • Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
    • Produce clear and accurate Event Catering Schedules within set deadlines.
    • Adopt a clear and strategic approach to catering sales by selling a catering offer that drives up spend per head, while keeping operational costs to a minimum.
    • Organize and attend client meetings both internally and externally.
