    Dear Candidate,We are hiring forRevv SubscriptionsExperience : 3 to 4 yearAnnual CTC : UPTO 5LPALocation : DelhiJOB DESCRIPTION :Receive inbound customer calls and dial outbound customers based on leads assigned, to achieve agreed sales targets, and to resolve queries and complaints Maintain customer requirements and contribute to the overall improvement of campaigns Achieve call handling targets and standards Record data accurately Maintain a positive attitude at all times and ensure there is a high customer service focus Achieve and exceed daily KPIs as set by the campaign requirements Personal competencies: Personal effectiveness and an ability to empathise with customers Fully committed to providing the highest level of customer service. Deals with unforeseen problems and demonstrates success in chosen course of action Effectively communicates the brand values to the customer Required abilities: 3-4 years prior work experience; preferably in sales/tele-sales; with 1-2 years selling experience in complex high ticket size products (Insurance, investment, educational toys, IT, time share products, stem cell harvesting etc.) College graduate (B.Sc./BA/B.Com, with above average education performance) Strong communication skills (including verbal and written) Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines Proficieny in basic computer skills and CRM tools Strong listening skills, ability to think on the feet and resolve customer queriesTHNAKS & REGRADSHR
