Job Description

To manage accounts payables and accounts receivables in Tally Prime To prepare and screen Sales Invoices as per Sales Order and Delivery Note To prepare and screen Purchase Invoices as per Purchase Order and Material Receipt Note To manage and maintainall accounting operations in books of accounts on daily basis To Manage Item Master, Customers Master, Vendor Master, Petty Cash To screen and approve Sales Order as per set Credit Limit, Credit terms and receivables management policy of the Company. To coordinate with Sales and Warehouses on various matters relating to finance and accounts To assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, TCS and other statutory returns To assist in preparation and filing of MIS Reports To issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary To ensure maintenance of proper records for all business transactions To perform miscellaneous accounts department activities(ref:iimjobs.com),
