We empower the original mobile device: YOU!What were looking for:You would be part of India Citrix India management team delivering dual responsibility of managing public sector team nationally and North & East (includes Bangladesh, Bhutan & Nepal) regional sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals and driving long term success of Citrix in India.Position SummaryNational responsibility for public sector includes Central, State Govt. and State-Owned Enterprises. The regional responsibility includes Enterprise, ITeS, Banking and Commercial accounts in North and East Region. Only SMB is outside the purview of role.You would be a playing captain as we build this business and apart from sales management you will require to get deep into field engagements leveraging CXO relationships to provide required aircover to Citrix sales team. Building public sector business nationally is key priority identified as per FY 21 plan and this role plays pivotal role in achieving that goal.You would be responsible for driving the professional development of other managers and staff on their team, including mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.The position is based in Delhi reporting to Area Vice President and Country Manager for Indian subcontinent.
