Job Description

Mange the new onboarded customers - understand their business and trade corridors
Build and maintain rapport with Carriers, NVOCCs and other entities
Act as the link between carriers and customers.
Conversion of enquiries to confirmed bookings.
Visit the customers office or vice versa as per the business requirement.
Work as a team player.
Good knowledge over Ocean Export process, Booking, Rates, B/l Documentation, Invoicing, Disputes, (Port operations & US customs knowledge will be added advantage)
