Job Description

    - As a key member of the IOT/ AI business you will lead and execute a strategic and tactical business plan that meets revenue and profitability targets for India.Client Details :A leading AI company that builds innovative solutions and technology to automate industrial processes, with a focus on delivering maximum and sustained industrial productivityDescription :- You will develop and maintain senior level relationships with key customers (across Oil & Gas, Utility, Ports, Construction) to broaden awareness, understand current and emerging needs and position the company as a solution leader- Successfully prospect, drive discovery, and secure new business by positioning the company with a focus on industrial platforms and solutions- Through strong leadership and communication skills you make sure to have your team motivated and connected for excellent functional working relationships- With your sales team, you continuously develop, maintain and manage a robust deal pipeline with targeted entities to continuously grow the business and generate sales- You will be required to attend conferences and have appropriate industry meetings to promote the vision of the brand- Be the Groups IoT market expert for the region, spotting and capitalising on trends. Professionally represent the Group in IoT sales engagements across the regionProfile :- Outstanding presentation and communication skills and ability to win the teams commitment and buy-in to a common vision and clearly stated goals- Experienced senior sales to provide effective sales team leadership, coaching and direction whilst enabling smooth collaboration with other parts of the organisation- Excellent track record in Direct Industrial high-end sales to Factory end users, machine builders and system integrator.- Specific Industrial insight with the domains Oil & Gas, Automotive, Utility, Infra or Transport among others is an advantage- You have an extensive background in the Industrial technology market with an attitude understanding Industrial technology products, topics and solutions- Candidates with 8 - 12 years of experience,
