The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, contributing to business development initiatives, and achieving business goals. The Sales Manager will work closely with. cross-functional teams to identify new markets, develop customer relationships, and manage the sales pipeline.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the security industry Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Proven ability to lead sales teams, establish sales targets, and drive results Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex business problems Fluent in written and spoken English,
